英Routledge社から、日EU安全保障協力に関する共著が出ました。私は、旧知の研究仲間で伊IAIのNicola Casariniと共著で不拡散に関する章を担当しました。大量破壊兵器の拡散問題における日EU 協力に加え、核軍縮や北朝鮮問題、輸出管理などについても触れました。このプロジェクトではベルリンや神戸で行われたワークショップの機会に、編者の2人をはじめ、さまざまな執筆者の方とお会いできたのもよい思い出です。
このプロジェクトの拡大版として、現在は、特に欧州側はかなり共通する顔ぶれで、EU・アジア安全保障協力についての企画が進行中で、今年の４月にはシンガポールでワークショップがありました。私は再びNicola Casariniと一緒に不拡散の章を担当します。出版までにはまだしばらく時間がかかると思いますが、引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。
