欧州・中国関係についてThe Diplomatに寄稿。欧州の対中認識は厳しさを増し、中国は「オウンゴール」続き。その結果、「China is losing Europe」という議論が欧州でも一部で流行っています。
しかし、欧州の対中認識は一枚岩からは程遠いですし、中国も、陰に陽に巻き返しをはかるはずです。そのため、勝負はまだまだこれから。それに、「中国が欧州を失った」と議論したところで、欧州が勝つわけでも、対中脆弱性が解決するわけでもありません。ということで、タイトルのとおり、「China isn't losing Europe yet」なわけです。
